RGR Property Management can provide the following services to Unit Owners who will be away from their units for an extended period of time. Our unit monitoring plans provide regular visits to take care of routine maintenance. We ensure all interior concerns are managed to enable you to return at any time, worry free! We provide weekly and bi-weekly inspection plans that include the following services:
- Monitor Thermostats
- Operational test of HVAC equipment. Report any malfunctions to owners.
- Run Faucets in sinks, tubs and showers & Flush Toilets.
- Inspect Windows & Doors for any signs of leaks or damage
- Remove any notices from outside your unit – where applicable
- Test Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms
- Check dishwasher and refrigerator for any signs of leaks
Rates
Bi-Weekly Inspections $129 per month
Weekly Inspections $199 per month
Our vacant home management service is offered from November 1 – May 31, and you must select the number of months in advance. Prepayment is required for the duration. The service can be cancelled with 30 days notice and a refund will be provided for the unused months. For example, if you sign up for seven months and cancel the service on February 2, you would receive a refund for April and May.
RGR is not liable or responsible for any damage to the unit as a result of the malfunction with any HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any other appliance components. Unit owner is responsible for repair and replacement expenses, as applicable, which will be billed separately.
